The examples below show how the same six documents can be viewed and
orginized in 3 different ways by using columns/metadata. With this
functionality you do not have to put the documents in folders. By
adding the following columns/metadata, Client, Doc Type, and Complexity,
were are then able to capture this data for each document and then group the
documents by any of the columns/metadata.
